Basic Info:

What is Maciej's background?

Maciej is a self-taught programming polyglot with a dynamic career spanning various technical and managerial roles. Most notably, Maciej served as CTO at Quedex when it became the worlds first regulated crypto-centric futures and options exchange in 2019 [globenewswire.com], and in 2021 when it was acquired by Bitso—the largest crypto exchange in Latin America [coindesk.com].

At Bitso, Maciej took the role of VP of Architecture where he hired and led a team of 25 engineers, deemed the best in the company. While he was always strongly interested in software architecture, it was the role at Bitso which allowed Maciej to explore various software development methodologies, ultimately leading to creation of custom software development automation used at djinni.ai.

What is his role at djinni.ai?

Maciej serves as the CEO at djinni.ai. Since its inception, he has been responsible for all development and fundraising efforts of the company. To that end, over the first year of operation, Maciej raised substrantial capital investment from various business angels, developed a proprietary multi-agent framework used at djinni.ai, and solely authored djinni.ai's proof of concept.

After the PoC was completed, Maciej brought on board an exceptional Founding Engineer and a talented Design Lead to turn djinni.ai's unique technology into a product. With a growing core team, he now divides his time between product development, marketing initiatives, investor relations, and team onboarding. Maciej's current focus is the upcoming launch of djinni.ai.
